Park Hours: 7am to one hour after sunset

John Kemp Community Park is a popular stomping ground for Folsom athletes, local families, and even residents from other cities. This park is essentially the backyard to the Andy Morin Sports Complex, and its collection of soccer fields, volleyball courts, softball diamonds, play structures, and water park features make this park an effective one-stop shop.
