Sacramento-area middle school and high school students were challenged to explore the topic “When in Drought…” in 30-second public service videos in the 2022 Water Spots Video Contest. Dozens of entries were submitted, including videos from Folsom students. Now it’s time to vote for your favorite! Through May 3, the top 10 video entries, as determined by a panel of expert judges, are available online for viewing and voting at woobox.com/n86hcq.

The video that receives the most votes will earn $250 for the student and $250 for their teacher, as well as the chance to win the Grand Prize—the chance to see their video premiere on the big screen this summer and run for a month at local movie theaters.

The Water Spots Video Contest is sponsored by the Regional Water Authority and local water providers, including the City of Folsom.
