Engineering team studying plansThank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Folsom! The City purchases and contracts for a wide variety of supplies, services, equipment, and expert assistance to provide our community with a full range of municipal services and programs.

A list of projects currently soliciting bids can be found below. If you have questions about a specific project, contact the project manager listed with each project.

Folsom Wants to Do Business with Local Companies and Vendors

The success of local businesses and vendors positively impacts Folsom’s economy as a whole, as well as the City’s ability to provide quality services and programs. The City strives to use Folsom vendors in purchasing services, and products when quality, service, and other factors are equal. The Folsom Municipal Code provides for a five percent price differential to local bidders in contracting.

City of Folsom Landscape Maintenance Contracts

Two (2) Landscape Maintenance contracts consisting of Landscaping and Lighting (L&L) District Contract A, and Landscaping and Lighting (L&L) District Contract B and Folsom Plan Area.

The city is allowing contractors to bid on both contracts (Package 1) or they can chose to bid on either of the two contracts individually (Package 2, L&L Contract A, and Package 3, L&L Contract B / Folsom Plan Area).

There is a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, April 13 at Folsom City Hall, 50 Natoma Street (in the Community Development Conference Room).
