The City of Folsom will construct sidewalks on Riley Street between Sutter Street and Bidwell Street to improve pedestrian safety, access, and connectivity along Riley Street. The city is applying for a Caltrans Active Transportation Program (ATP) Grant, which, if awarded, would fund the majority of the project and allow existing local funds to be used on other needed projects that increase safety for pedestrians and bicyclists.
