Request a copy of a police report from Folsom Police Department Records. 

Please note:

• Officers have up to 10 days to complete a report.
• The Folsom Police Records Department has up to 10 days after receiving the request to provide a response. Requests are processed in the order received.
• Please contact the Folsom Police Records Department about the status of your request before you come to pick it up. The Folsom Police Record Department can be reached at 916-461-6400 or via email at fpdrecords@folsom.ca.us.
• Please be advised not all reports can be released when requested. Not all reports are public records (For example: child abuse reports, medical/mental illness reports, arrest reports not adjudicated, and reports that are under investigation).
• Online collision reports can be obtained from LexisNexis for a $16 fee. To obtain a collision report, you must have the date of collision, driver's last name and police report number.
