The public service counter at 48 Natoma Street (located inside the Folsom Art Center and Folsom Senior Center) is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday for walk-in registration assistance.

Service counter staff are also available by phone during the same hours of operation – call 916-461-6601 for registration assistance or to process payments by phone.

Please note: in accordance with the Sacramento County Public Health Order effective July 30, 2021, a mask or face covering must be worn at all times inside the facility, regardless of vaccination status.

The Folsom Arts and Cultural Commission invites Folsom residents and the local business community to join the “take pART in the ARTs!” campaign. The campaign aims to raise funds to support arts and cultural education and events in Folsom.
