The Engineering and Administration Division serves the City of Folsom in a variety of ways. Our responsibilities include:

Managing the department’s water and wastewater capital improvement program
Overseeing water and wastewater rate and impact fee studies
Providing staff support to the city’s Utility Commission
Updating the water and wastewater infrastructure mapping and asset management system
Providing engineering support related to water and wastewater operations and maintenance
