F.A.S.T.I.R. Program

The Folsom Accelerated Small Tenant Improvement Review (F.A.S.T.I.R.) process allows applicants to schedule one-hour appointments on Tuesday or Thursday mornings for eligible interior tenant improvements.

Due to current social distancing requirements, the F.A.S.T.I.R. program is currently offered on a case-by-case basis. E-mail Chief Building Official Scott Zangrando at szangrando@folsom.ca.us to see if your project qualifies.
