Program for Local Assistance Youth Recreation Scholarships (PLAYRS)

The City of Folsom PLAYRS program provides financial assistance for Folsom youth to participate in city recreation activities who could not otherwise due to financial restrictions.

Guidelines have been established to assist resident families. PLAYRS scholarships are based on need, merit, and available funding.

FAA Scholarships

The Folsom Athletic Association (FAA) connects Folsom youth to community sports to ensure that every child has an opportunity to participate in sports. The following scholarships are available:

• Never in Our Town Scholarships
• Summer Kempton Soccer Scholarship
• Lois Young Scholarship
• Race Salazar Memorial Scholarship
