Election Day is November 8--make your voice heard! Registered voters can choose to vote by mail, ballot drop box, or at a vote center. Registered voters were mailed an official ballot beginning in early October.
In addition to the general election, Folsom voters will elect three City Councilmembers in the city’s first by-district election. There are two key changes in by-district City Council elections:
- Voters will only vote for one Councilmember, instead of all five.
- Councilmembers must live in the district they represent. Members of the City Council from Council Districts 1, 3, and 5 will be elected on a by-district basis.
