The City of Folsom is responding to a water line leak on eastbound E. Bidwell Street between Coloma Street and Glenn Drive. Eastbound lanes will be restricted to one lane for repairs. Work will begin at 8:30 a.m. To reduce traffic disruptions at nearby schools, motorists are encouraged to use E. Bidwell Street to Riley Street as an alternate route.
