The City of Folsom Community Development Department is implementing a 4.5% increase in planning and development engineering permit fees, effective November 1. The Folsom City Council approved the updated fee schedule at its October 10 meeting to align all City of Folsom user fees with inflation rates.   

The Community Development Department encourages residents and businesses to review the updated fee schedule thoroughly, as the changes may impact upcoming planning and development engineering projects.
