Kitchen Pail Pickup

• Introduction: The City of Folsom's Recycling Team will be handing out kitchen pails for use with the new green bin organics program. Kitchen pails are a tool to help collect food scraps and food-soiled paper. Pick up at the Library between 11am-4pm July 5-9
