Bring your ideas to life at the Folsom Public Library's 3D printing lab, now open every Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. The Library's 3D printers make 3D objects in plastic using a design that is uploaded from a digital computer file. Folsom Public Library's 3D Printing Lab has six 3D printers, including four PrintrBot Simples and two PrintrBot Plays. 3D printing is currently free, but plastic filament donations are welcome. The lab was made possible thanks to grant funding from the Intel Foundation.
