The Folsom Fire Department will open up the fire station for the annual open house and pancake breakfast on Saturday, October 8. Meet local firefighters, tour the station, and learn important safety tips. Kids can participate in fun activities, like meeting Rescue the Fire Dog and exploring fire equipment and vehicles. The open house will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at Station 35, located at 535 Glenn Drive. Event parking is available at the station or across the street at Walmart. The pancake breakfast is $7 per person, and kids age 7 and under eat free.
