The Folsom Police Department warns that stealing or removing campaign signs is a crime. A person who steals, defaces, or vandalizes these signs may still be subject to criminal charges, including larceny and trespassing, and if someone is caught stealing more than $950 worth in signs, he or she could be charged with grand larceny, which is a felony. Anyone who has information about signs being stolen is asked to call the Folsom Police Department at 916-355-7386.
