The City of Folsom is distributing free face coverings to Folsom businesses to assist with reopening efforts.

The City of Folsom is distributing free face coverings to Folsom businesses to assist with reopening efforts.

Businesses can pick up face coverings from the Folsom Public Library at 411 Stafford Street from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment only. Businesses must be eligible, complete a registration form, and schedule a pickup time . Face coverings will be distributed to local businesses as supplies last.

The face coverings were provided by the California Department of Public Health for businesses unable to obtain p erson al protective equipment. This onetime allocation is available as supply chains stabilize. Businesses will be asked to provide their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and attest that they have been unable to obtain face coverings directly from vendors and suppliers.
