Construction is underway on a new state-of-the-art permit center at City Hall that will streamline planning, engineering, and building services and improve access to information.

The permit center will feature modern amenities, public counter updates, a workstation counter area, and an additional meeting room. The project will be completed by this October.

The City of Folsom Community Development Department public counter is temporarily located by the City Manager’s Office, Folsom City Hall, Second Floor, 50 Natoma Street.

In addition, the city’s ePermit Center provides information about the city’s online permitting and plan review process. The online application portal, eTRAKiT, allows applicants to apply for plans, pay fees, check on the status of permits or projects, view and print building permits or planning approval letters, and schedule inspections.
