The Folsom Police and Fire Departments hosts a Public Safety Trunk-or-Treat event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, October 28. Wear your favorite Halloween costume and trick-or-treat as you check out police vehicles, equipment, and programs. The event will be held at the Folsom Police Department, 46 Natoma Street.
